Work and Payment Policy
1. Work Engagement
1.1. Scope of Work: Zoom Codex (“we”, “us”, or “our”) agrees to perform the services specified in the agreed-upon project proposal or contract.
1.2. Communication: Effective communication is vital for successful project completion. We will maintain open and transparent communication channels throughout the project duration.
1.3. Timelines: We will provide estimated timelines for project milestones. Any delays or changes to the timeline will be communicated promptly to the client.
1.4. Deliverables: We will deliver the agreed-upon project deliverables according to the specified requirements and quality standards.
2. Payment Terms
2.1. Payment Schedule: The client agrees to adhere to the payment schedule outlined in the project proposal or contract. Typically, payments are divided into milestones or phases, with a percentage of the total project cost due upon completion of each milestone.

2.3. Late Payments: Any payments that are not received by the due date will be considered late. A late fee may be applied to overdue invoices at our discretion.

3. Termination
3.1. Termination Clause: Either party reserves the right to terminate the project or contract in writing with reasonable notice if there is a breach of contract, failure to make payments, or any other valid reason.
3.2. Outstanding Payments: In the event of contract termination, the client agrees to settle any outstanding payments for work completed up to the termination date.
4. Confidentiality
4.1. Non-Disclosure: We understand the sensitive nature of the information shared during the project. We agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, business strategies, and project details.
4.2. Data Protection: We will comply with all applicable data protection laws and regulations when handling client data.
5. Governing Law
5.1. Jurisdiction: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of INDIAN IT jurisdiction.
6. Changes to Policy
6.1. Policy Updates: We reserve the right to update or modify this Work and Payment Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients via email or through our website.
